Successful people make time for fun activities that increase their sense of balance in their lives. One of my colleagues, Sadanand, is passionate about music. We should never feel guilty about making time for ourselves. This kind of self-care prepares us for the rest of our lives. Our physical and mental health depends on “me” time, so this can be more than just a meaningless hobby!
There are many ways and times we can make time for ourselves. We can choose to go on an adventure or wake up 20 minutes earlier than our family. Just make sure that whatever decision you make is your choice!
