If you’re a rum enthusiast looking to create your own line of rums, I invite you to take a look at what Florent is doing. You’ll understand what it means to do something different from everyone else.
In 2017, Florent develop a range of beers ag in old rum barrels. His connections in the rum world allow him to salvage empty barrels from numerous distilleries and thus offer some amazing beers.
In 2018, Florent took a leap of faith and decid to make his own ag rum. At the very least, he matur an ag Panamanian rum in a Rivesaltes barrel. From this maturation, he offer two versions: one ruc and one cask strength. These are the rums I tast.
Since then, Florent has offer a new version of this old rum in 2019 and this time, only in cask strength.

The recipe
The recipe is very simple:
Guyana rum at over 60 degrees
saffron;
a touch of grow your email list organic agave syrup;
galangal.
Special points of preparation:
Start with a america email maceration of saffron;
add a touch of agave syrup and ruce to 40°.
